The translation of this blessing is as follows:
"May Hashem make youlike Rachel, Rivka and Leah. May Hashem bless you and watch over you. May Hashem shine His face toward you and show you favor. May Hashem be favorably disposed toward you and grant you peace. "
This blessing is a combination of an ancient blessing to bless daughters like the Jewish matriarchs with the addition of the priestly blessing recited by Cohanim. It has also been recited throughout the generations by parents while placing their hands on the heads of their children. It is a custom amongst many to bless this after Shabbat candle-lighting and just before singing "Shalom Aleichem", before Kiddush.
